The cost of the TOEFL exam varies by country. On average, the fee ranges from USD 180 to USD 250.  For 2025, the TOEFL exam fee in India is 16,900 INR, which covers both the internet-based test (iBT) and the TOEFL Home Edition, including GST. Rescheduling the test incurs a fee of 5,000 INR. If you cancel at least four days before the scheduled date, you may receive a 50% refund.
