1. If the test is not booked:

  • If 30 or more days remain before the voucher expires, a full refund will be issued
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5 days to the original source of payment
  • Less than 30 days remaining before the expiry date: No refund will be provided

 

2. If Exam is booked by EduVouchers:

  • 14 or more days remaining before the test date: A full refund will be issued. The day of the test is not included in the calculation
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5 days to the original source of payment
  • Less than 14 days remaining before the test date: No refund will be provided

 

3. If the student booked the exam directly through Pearson:

  • Students should sign in to their myPTE account and follow the instructions to cancel the test on their account dashboard.

  • Depending on the days remaining until the test date, Pearson will determine the refund amount.

  • If a refund is applicable, the voucher used will be re-activated, and the student may use it for re-booking purposes.
