Rescheduling Policy

 If you need to reschedule (change your test date) after booking with a voucher, you can do so on the Pearson portal. Rescheduling fees (usually 25% of the exam fee if done >7 days in advance) will apply as per Pearson’s policy and must be paid separately (vouchers don’t cover reschedule fees). The voucher remains used for the new date; you don’t need a new code. Just note that rescheduling is only allowed if your new test date is still within the voucher’s validity period.

Voucher Expiry

If a voucher expires before you redeem it, it becomes invalid. Expired vouchers are non-refundable, so please make sure to use your code before it expires. We’ll remind you of the expiry date to avoid this scenario.
