Refund Policy for PTE

1. If the test is not booked:

If 30 or more days remain before the voucher expires, a full refund will be issued
Refunds will be initiated within 5 days to the original source of payment
Less than 30 days remaining before the expiry date: No refund will be provided
 

2. If Exam is booked by EduVouchers:

14 or more days remaining before the test date: A full refund will be issued. The day of the test is not included in the calculation
Refunds will be initiated within 5 days to the original source of payment
Less than 14 days remaining before the test date: No refund will be provided
 

3. If the student booked the exam directly through Pearson:

Students should sign in to their myPTE account and follow the instructions to cancel the test on their account dashboard.

Depending on the days remaining until the test date, Pearson will determine the refund amount.

If a refund is applicable, the voucher used will be re-activated, and the student may use it for re-booking purposes.

Non-Refundable

ETS, the organization that administers GRE & TOEFL, does not offer refunds for exams paid via a voucher. Consequently, EduVouchers cannot offer refunds for TOEFL vouchers once purchased from us.
