Chisholm Institute is a government-owned TAFE and higher education provider in Victoria, serving the communities of Melbourne's south-east. It took its present form in 1998 and is named after Caroline Chisholm, a nineteenth-century reformer and humanitarian. Chisholm runs six campuses, at Berwick, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Frankston, Rosebud and Springvale, with Dandenong among its largest. It offers more than 250 courses, ranging from short courses, certificates, diplomas and apprenticeships through to bachelor's degrees and graduate certificates, across fields such as trades, business, information technology, hospitality, health and the arts. Courses are delivered on campus, online, in workplaces and offshore.
