Established in 2001 to support the growth of the aviation and aerospace industries, it has its main campus near Brisbane Airport, along with additional campuses and training centres in locations such as Cairns and Perth, and some delivery overseas. It offers nationally and internationally accredited programs in aircraft maintenance engineering, cabin crew, pilot training and remote pilot, or drone, operation, taught with hands-on facilities including hangars and live aircraft.
