Overall Score (10-90 Scale)
Your overall score reflects your general English language ability based on your performance throughout the entire test. This single number is what most universities and immigration authorities look at first.
Score Interpretation:
- 85-90: Expert level - Can understand virtually everything
- 76-84: Very good level - Understands complex texts and speaks fluently
- 59-75: Good level - Can grasp the main points of complex texts
- 50-58: Competent level - Handles familiar situations well
- 43-49: Modest level - Partial command in familiar situations
- Below 43: Requires significant improvement
Communicative Skills Scores
The report provides individual scores for four communicative skills: Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing. Each is scored on the same 10-90 scale, allowing you to identify which areas need focused improvement.
